One of my hobbies is photography. I started do photography my freshman year of college. One day out of the blue, I did research about color grading, cameras, and all the fun things. Texas State's D9 hosted a humpnight event and I thought that would be perfect to photograph. This lead to many open doors and helped me start networking. This also influenced me in Digital Media.
After I posted the humpnight pictures, I got a dm from a party group owner. At first I thought it was a scam but it was actually an oppertunity. LOL. Felix (The owner of Moboys) reached out to me and said he loved my editing style on the humpnight pictures. He then asked if I could shoot an upcoming event for them. Of course I said yes and I've been with them ever since. These nightlife events help me get through the weeds of editing crazy lights and learning how to balance things out.
What inspiried me to have a career in sports media was the Texas State Mens Soccer club. They invited me to do their headshot, team photos and media day. After I took their team photos and headshots, they were published on their webiste. Seeing the pictures I took on an official website felt like a fever dream. I wanted to continue to chase that high so I am activily looking for sports opportunities. This was my favorite project by far and had so much fun with it.
